Welcome to Click Cash. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our “Click Cash” product (the “Product”). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

- Customer/User: You, the person who purchases or uses the Product (“you,” “your”).
You must provide all required information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays if you fail to provide necessary input.
Once full payment is made, you own the finished Product deliverables. We retain ownership of original templates, workflows, or proprietary tools used in delivery. You may not resell, redistribute, or give away our proprietary materials without written permission.
No refunds will be issued once you have submitted the intake form and work has started. If we fail to deliver the Product within a reasonable timeframe, you may request cancellation and refund. Refund requests must be made within [X] days of purchase.
The Product is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of sales or profits. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
